What does Shipping Protection cover?
Three things: your order being lost by the courier, arriving damaged, or going missing after it's been marked delivered. In any of those cases we send a replacement at no cost to you.
How do I make a claim?
Email our team with your order number and a quick note on what happened. For damage, a photo helps. That's it. We don't make you fill in forms or chase the courier yourself.
How long am I covered for?
30 days from the day your order is dispatched. That comfortably covers the delivery window plus a buffer for anything that goes wrong on the doorstep.
Do I need this if I'm already getting free shipping?
Free shipping gets it to you. Shipping Protection makes sure you get a replacement if something happens to it on the way or once it's delivered. Without it, lost or stolen parcels are handled case by case with the courier, which is slower and not guaranteed.
Can I add it after I've ordered?
Protection needs to be on the order before it ships, so add it in the cart at checkout. If you've just ordered and want to add it, contact us straight away and we'll do our best before dispatch.
Is this insurance?
It's a RestWell replacement guarantee on your delivery. If your order is lost, damaged or stolen within the cover period, we replace it. Simple as that.
