How does it work?
The RestWell uses advanced vibration sensors to detect when you start snoring. When snoring is detected, it sends gentle EMS pulses that encourage your throat muscles to naturally adjust, reducing the vibrations that cause snoring. This happens without waking you up.
Is EMS technology safe?
Yes! EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) has been used safely by physiotherapists, athletes, and medical professionals for decades. The RestWell uses gentle, low-intensity pulses that are completely safe for nightly use.
Will it wake me up?
No. The pulses are designed to be gentle enough to encourage natural muscle adjustment without waking you. Most users don't even notice them after the first few nights of use.
Is it comfortable to sleep with?
Yes! The RestWell weighs just 15 grams and is designed for all-night comfort. Simply attach it using the included hypoallergenic adhesive patch. Most users forget they're wearing it within a few nights.

How do I wear it?
The RestWell sits comfortably under your chin using hypoallergenic adhesive patches (5 included). Simply peel, stick, and sleep. The patches are gentle on skin and stay secure all night. Most users forget they're wearing it within minutes.
How do I adjust the intensity?
The RestWell has 3 intensity levels. We recommend starting on the lowest setting and adjusting upward if needed. Most users find their perfect setting within the first week.
How long does the battery last?
One charge lasts the entire night (8+ hours). The premium wireless charging case (like AirPods) holds multiple additional charges, so you're always ready, even when traveling.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely FREE across New Zealand! We believe everyone deserves better sleep, so we cover all shipping costs on every order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery typically takes 5-13 business days.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. If your tracking link ever stops updating, just contact us and we'll give you an update.
Returns & Guarantee
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-Night Trial. Give the RestWell a fair go, and if it isnt working for you please get in contact with us for tips.
If The RestWell doesn't improve your sleep, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help sort out the best way forward.

How do I request a refund?
Requesting a refund is easy:

What if my device arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that! If your RestWell arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
Is there a warranty?
Yes! Every RestWell device comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device stops working within the first year, we'll replace it free of charge.

Can RestWell treat a health condition?
No. RestWell is designed to reduce snoring, and that is all it is intended to do. It is not a medical device and it is not a treatment or cure for any health condition. If your snoring is linked to a health condition, or you have any concerns about your breathing during sleep, please talk to your doctor before using RestWell.
Who should NOT use The RestWell?
The RestWell should not be used by:
- People with pacemakers or other implanted electronic devices
- Those with heart conditions (consult your doctor first)
- People under 18 years of age
