Is this a replacement for CPAP or any prescribed treatment?
No. RestWell is an anti-snoring device, not a medical device, and it does not treat sleep apnoea. If you use prescribed equipment or have been diagnosed with sleep apnoea, talk to your doctor before changing anything about your care.
Will I feel it while I sleep?
It weighs about 15 grams and the pulses are gentle. Most people stop noticing it after the first couple of nights, and there are three intensity levels to suit you.
What is in the box?
